I think ax kicks to the body are.

Yeah you're right about that. Dude have you seen the older Pride videos with Wanderlei Silva? That dude is vicious. Lol but he's the nicest and funniest guy in interviews. I hope he beats Bisping too.

Looks like Demian Maia will replace the injured Belfort. Lame. Silva wins by KO(knee to the head) in the first round. Okay, maybe not that quick but still. Wow the middleweight division is weak.

Yeah, I think one of the first rules was no kicking a downed opponant, but they soon realized there were certain kicks that should be allowed.

On another note, I'm kind of looking forward to the Randy Cotour fight. I know both fighters are old but they should be fighting at about the same speed so I think it will still be interesting.

And on another note...I think this is interesting More Churches Promote Martial Arts to Reach Young Men - NYTimes.com

Randy Couture may fight Rich Franklin in June at UFC 115 in Vancouver, I think you're talking about that one. Yeah I can't wait for this. It will be awesome to see Franklin move up to LH. As a side note Franklin is a strong Christian.

I knew about a church that taught shotokan karate in MS. Awesome idea. Getting kids involved in martial arts is better than getting them involved in team sports, in my opinion. Of course, there are advantages and benefits to either.

UFC 110 weigh-in: Wandy and Bisping look heated, everyone makes weight - Cagewriter - UFC Blog - Yahoo! Sports

UFC 110 looks good.

Can't WAIT for Wandy Vs. Bisping. I think Wanderlei's still got it, and I hope he doesn't look as gassed as he did in the Franklin fight. I don't think he likes Bisping very much, judging from the pre-fight banter, lol. Expect fireworks.

Nogueria V. Velasquez looks good. I like both fighters but I'm secretly hoping Cain wins this one. I really admire his work ethic. I think this will go to decision.

Jardine V. Bader has the potential to be fight of the night. I'm glad Bader gets to test himself against upper echelon competition- I enjoyed watching him on The Ultimate Fighter. If Jardine loses he could be staring at walking papers tommorrow.

Cro-Cop V. Peroush (who)? Rothwell pulled out to due sickness. Well, that really sucks. Cro-Cop hasn't been the same fighter since his Pride days. I really really hope that he can prove himself this fight or he may be looking for another job. I hope he wins by head kick, which would be sick.

Bader is a local boy here.....

I like him, but think he tends to work too fast sometimes, and wear himself out if he doesn't pace himself.

That's very true. He gets a little to excited at times, especially when he lands some punches. He needs to be careful against Jardine. I think he'll win though, he's more athletic and his wrestling is top notch. Speaking of which, I'd love to get into wrestling.

Anyone else watch WEC 47 last night on Versus? It was pretty rad. I loved watching Dominick Cruz fight, his head movement is very Ali-esque.

And what about Joseph Benavidez. 5'4 dude layed the smack down on Miguel Torres. That dude is a vicious little monster.

I didn't get to see it (sadly I'm away at work) but I love the WEC. I've seen so many great fight there. Glad to hear Torres lost. He's great...had a great run..., but he's so dang cocky.

I'm watching Jones Vs. Vera on VS tonight. Its the first UFC card on VS and it looks good. I'm rooting for Jones. Also looking forward to James Irvin fighting Alessio Sakara.
