| Exchange Worship I don't know why I didn't start this thread back in August, but I've been recording tracks with my student ministry band since August. The worship team is where all of my creative and recording energy is going these days. So this is the music I'm working on these days.
Back in August we recorded Marvelous Light, God of this City, an original song, and a dance/synth pop version of Grace Like Rain.
We try to play a variety of styles. We don't have any tracks up which represent what the band currently sounds like live. Most weeks it's hard/indie rock with a synth adding texture. My plan is to do a lot of writing and recording with the band over the next 6 months.
For the Christmas season, we recorded some Christmas tracks. They're all electronic synth pop/dance pop. I programmed O Holy Night and Joy to the World, and one of my students programmed the other two.
* O Come All Ye Faithful
* O Holy Night
* O Come O Come Emmanuel
* Joy to the World (All of Creation) Exchange Worship on MySpace Music - Free Streaming MP3s, Pictures & Music Downloads |

| We've spent the Summer writing and recording material. Tomorrow we're releasing an album which is sort of like a triple EP, one part tracks we wrote and recorded, one part electronic tracks, and one part live.
You can hear a couple songs from each part on our MySpace page. Exchange Worship on MySpace Music - Free Streaming MP3s, Pictures & Music Downloads |

| Sounds great!
I'm eager to do some recordings with our youth band. I'll have to show them some of your recordings as an inspiration.

We did all of our recordings with our own equipment. Even the live recordings were done with just an 8 track USB interface (Fasttrack Ultra 8R). |

| This isn't really by Exchange Worship, but our old lead singer (left for college a couple months ago) who recorded our entire album just put out a love song for his girlfriend. It's in the top 30 most downloaded tracks on PureVolume.

This guy released an EP on iTunes last week. The crazy part is that he recorded it in his dorm room. Rilez - Download Rilez Music on iTunes |

| Our band is leading worship at an upcoming retreat. So we recorded a song and made a video for it as a promo. ReNew Band - God Undefeatable on Vimeo |
