Bokeh Effect
Ok, I'm not much of a graphics designer but I do web design so sometime I end up having to figure out how to do the graphics as well. For a redo of my site I decided to try a Bokeh effect. I used this tutorial: PA BLOG: Gimp Tutorial: Awesome Bokeh Effect in Gimp

I'm quite happy with how it turned out
