| Wargaming and Modeling Can't be the only person on these boards that enjoys wargaming. POST EM.
Games and Armies.
I play Warhammer, both 40K and Fantasy. For 40k I play Chaos marines, for fantasy I just started a new Skaven army.
I am thinking about starting Infinity and Firestorm Armada. As far as Infinity goes I have no clue as to which army I'm interested in. For Firestorm, either Aquans so I can scream "IT'S A TRAP" constantly or Terran so I can say cool words like "complete" or "operational" or "dark side" as this game doesn't borrow anything from Star Wars... :blinks:

| I play Warhammer Fantasy Battles with an Orc and Goblin army. I also have an Empire army but never really have fully got it properly on the go.
I used to play Warhammer 40K but haven't for years although may do again someday.
I've played a few of the other Games Workshop games such as Gorkamorka, Necromunda, Warmaster etc.
I've been looking into getting my hands on the classic Games Workshop game 'Man O War'. There's a fair amount of it on ebay although it doesn't seem to be that cheap to get into.
I've also been playing D&D but that isn't really wargaming, it's role playing. |

| I just recently got into Warhammer 40k... still painting my Assault on Black Reach miniatures but I'm thinking I'll probably settle on collecting either Orks or Tyranids... gotta get the rules down pat, first... not many people play around here unless I want to go to the local game shop on Wednesday nights... but I work so that's out.
I'll take some pics of my armies and post 'em... still experimenting with some painting techniques... |

I have no talent for painting... so I don't. Though right now I have some terrible looking Tau that I need to strip.

| If you just want to paint miniatures rather than play the game you might be better off just buying miniatures and paints from any range. Dark Sword Minatures have a lot of cool stuff fantasy models. Welcome to Dark Sword Miniatures - Award Winning Fantasy Miniatures in Pewter
Reaper are pretty cool also. Reaper Miniatures :: News
There's 100's of companies that makes minatures and some of them are just as good as the Games Worskhop ones. |
