1. Why was it taken off the market?
2. Is there any possible way to get it?

It was released by Vanishing Point Records, a label which did not last very long. After that, HOH was signed to Gotee Records. Maybe it's "off the market" because that label doesn't exist anymore? I don't know how these things work really. I did find 6 copies of it for sale on amazon.ca and 8 on amazon.com. So it is available.
