Really need critique/advice

Okay so I have always (at least, in my opinion) struggled a lot with singing. The thing is, I really have a passion to lead worship, so I want to get better at singing. I recorded myself singing Rain Down (written by Martin Smith) and so here it is. I feel that this is probably the song I'm most comfortable singing. I would really appreciate two things. First of all, an evaluation of how well you think I sing, as I have a really hard time trying to judge that myself. Next I could really use advice on getting better. For one thing it seems as if a lot of times after singing for a couple minutes I start getting a little dizzy.

As of right now it's pretty bad. There's almost no vocal strength, definite pitch and tone issues, and the melody isn't right at all...

Simply put, you need a lot of work.

First: go to the VAT and read my tutorial on breathing. Then I want you to practice this while singing. This should increase your vocal strength and take out the washed out sound in your voice.

Second: Don't hold back. When you hold back you kill your tone so try and sing louder.

Third: it's generally a bad Idea while you are learning to sing and play at the same time, focus on singing.

There's a start.
