Okay, this is a bit embarrassing, but I'm going to post it in case someone else is just as much a creature of habit as I am. I enabled appropriate scripts for CGR long ago, so I never think about that as a possible CGR issue. With the upgrade I needed to enable something else, which I failed to recognize until Leighanna pointed it out. Strange thing is, it only affected my Quick Links. Things seem to be working fine now.

My least favorite problem-solving questions:
Is the battery dead?
Have you cleared your cache?
Do you need to enable JavaScripts?

It seems the top links/quick links are powered by Javascript from yahooapis.com (for all those who use NoScript out there).

When you click the NoScript button, it should list the sites trying to use scripts too. I eventually disabled NoScript because of all the scripts hosted on other sites that are now common.
