Neutral UC??
0.o I just got a UC that was neither red or green. It was gray. how? is this new? I don't see the option anywhere... Pics on request.

I seem to recall that back when UCs actually gave out points that those who had more posts gave out more points when they gave rep. Perhaps because Phone Books has "zero" posts, his UCs have, effectively, no point value?

He also has an absolutely terrible reputation, which might have something to do with it.

Yeah, I can see both of those to make sense. He has possibly the lowest rep I've seen ever.

You should've been here back when there were actual rep points being given. I think Yojimbo had an excessive amount of negative rep that he actually requested from other users. He was king of the black diamonds.
