I'm out of money, my roommates neglected to inform me that when they moved, I would have no internet and power, and I just found out about that today. And they're moving today. So, tomorrow, no internet, no power, no money. And the kicker, no place else to go yet. I have to be living somewhere else by December 12.

So yeah, things aren't going so well right now, and I could use a miracle. Or something. Anything really.

Thanks guys. At the very least I'm not freaking out about this as much.

So, the power and internet are being disconnected tomorrow. I have until 9PM today to come up with $280 as a deposit for power or I lose it tomorrow. Internet I can do without for a bit, especially since I have an android phone and can tether it if necessary, plus my upstairs neighbors are top 8 MLG halo 3 players, so they probably have a really fast connection I could lanjack or something if they say its okay.

So yeah, as long as I somehow figure out how to get $280 today, then I'm in the clear.

I just found out that my emergency credit card account had been closed back when I was having trouble paying it. My credit is... well... terrible, so I can't get another one. So, that option is out the window. I'm completely relying on someone loaning me money at this point. I just don't know what I can do today to get $280.

An hour and forty minutes until the deadline for the deposit. That has to include time spent calling Progress Energy to tell them what's up.

Still nothing.

Miracles are going to be the only way at this point. I've tried everything I can think of tonight.

So my last ditch effort was to call Progress Energy, explain the situation, and hope for the best. It turns out that no power would be disconnected tomorrow, and the name of the account for the address is transferring over to the management of the complex. Now, we know from the management that we still have the lease through December 12, and to get the power in their name they would have had to sign for it, so they knew this would happen, so theoretically I shouldn't be experiencing any loss of power. If the complex raises an issue about it, we'll tell them I'll pay the cost when I move out. Progress said they were not going to disconnect anything at this address tomorrow, so I should be in the clear. I'm not entirely certain that this will work out the way I'm thinking it will, but I'm really, really hoping.

I will not have internet service until sometime next week, though. I have to get service in my name and get that installed. May take a little while. I still have my phone, which is Android so I can do pretty much anything I need to from there except play Demigod. I have to take this modem and router to my old roommates at some point tonight or tomorrow morning.

Thank you for the prayers. I only have a few more things to figure out before I can finally relax.
