Honestly... you don't have a clue why I did it.

It has never been a hard and fast rule, and generally there is a specific reason I have. Save one or two users.

I have my reasons.

Also, sometimes 10 year users requesting a first name change seems reasonable to me.

and most of the time it is becuse the poster is acting out, like kent| he was going on about a name change so we gave it to him .... just not the one he want hopefuly he wont ask for a new one

Nope. Its something different entirely! Those acting up just tend to be the target for what actually is going on.
