Weight lose

I've been noticing I've been losing weight lately this past year. My goal is to lose weight and firm up, but I wanna make sure I'm not losing weight at a dangerous level. I'm not sure if my eating habits are changing, but I've been getting fuller at a level than I'm normally full at[i.e. I may be eating less]. How do I know I'm losing weight to the point I'm getting sick?

If you're eating three healthy meals until you're full, you're diet should be fine. If you're losing weight unusually fast, you may need to see a doctor.

How much weight have you lost and in what amount of time?

Last time in the summer, the doctor said I weighed 189, when I weighed myself this morning it read 180. I may well go see the nurse or doctor about my weight lose to make sure my habits haven't changed.

Nine pounds in several months is nothing to worry about. I stopped drinking soda I'd drop a lot more than that a lot faster than you lost it.

Nine pounds in many months is not a big deal, just a little change.
I've lost about 16 pounds in 2 weeks so your weight loss isn't a huge deal if it took you many months. I don't think you should worry too much about it. But if you are worried, I suggest seeing a doctor about it.

I lost 40 pounds in 3 months once. When that happens, you need to see a doctor.

I lost 20 pounds in two months for a wrestling tournament once.

Any way, there could easily be a difference of several pounds between the scale at your doctors office and the one at your house. Also, you weight will fluctuate from day to day and at various times in the day. So it would take more than just two times on a scale to determine weight loss. Weigh yourself on the same scale first thing in the morning for several weeks. This will give you a better idea.
