Yeah I got it and sent my friend a wave... he hasn't replied yet. Maybe it will be cool once I get more contacts and such, but I'm not sure right now. It's kind of like when I got my google voice number. I was excited for a couple minutes till I realized I didn't know that I would use it for...

I'm not apart of it yet, but I feel the same way. It seems so unnecessary. Maybe it's just me though. Of course, I'm beginning to feel the same way about social networking. A lot of things are good, but then they hit their prime and then they start to fall. I imagine this will be the same. I give it until early 2011. It'll take a while for people to adopt it and then it'll gradually get replaced by something "better".
