I may still yet see it, but I'm definitely going in with the perception that this film won't have anything on the original series. It'll make for a fun, raucous good time at the movies.

Like every movie, there's good points and bad points...

For one, it has it's funny moments, in its own... violent sort of way.
There's also plenty of action and awesome stunts

Realism is pretty much limited to the CIA breaking rules, but they even throw that out the window later on.

Still, its a pretty cool movie, i'm not sure if i would see it again though.

I must admit, I laughed when, in the trailer, the guy playing Murdock tried to jump-start the car with the defibrilator and was sent flying into the hood of the car.

BTW: Sharlto Copley is an amazing actor, I enjoyed his performance in District 9. I might see it just because of him, and the fact that HMM was my favorite character on the show when I was a lad.

I agree. We went to see this and it was fine. I think Murdock and B.A. were the closest to their original charecters.
