The Facts

The first title that came to mind for this thread was "does ACORN run ICE", but that was just in jest so I opted for a different title as this is no laughing matter. I'm one who thinks boarder control is a good thing and that pursuing smuggling operations is a good thing. But it seems ICE has not been very well run from the beginning. I can't imagine that most state police forces or the FBI or some similar organizations have this level of misconduct. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that ICE has too much autonomy and independence....not enough oversight.

This is sad- I think every ICE agent should spend 2 months training with Sheriff Arpaio of Arizona

As far as I can tell, every level of law enforcement from the local police to the president acts as if it's above the law.
