You know, being in public has risks. Eliminating a game because of one extremely rare and freak accident is absurd. I'm sorry she got hurt. But when you go to a place that is filled with lots of things and people, some of which have a risk associated (like the ferris wheel - a plane could hit it and fall over and flatten somebody) with them, eventually something crazy is about to happen. That doesn't mean you shut the whole site down. Accidents happen. that's life.

How horrible of you!!! What about all those laywers that won't work if they can't sue for everything (I am being sarcastic). Stuff happens, get her patched up an dlets go get a corn dog!!!
