My experience with Visual Sound Support..

The bass boost switch on my Jekyll and Hyde was malfunctioning. Instead of giving me a bass boost, it was turn off the overdrive everytime i flicked the switch on. I emailed VS about it at 11 30 pm Tuesday night. I had a reply at about 9 the next morning saying it was most likely a bad switch. They said it was really simple to fix, as I'd just need to solder 3 things to the new switch. I said sure.

Well, today I had the switch arrive at my doorstep. Just opened on my J&H, did exactly what they told me, and voila! It works properly again!

I'd heard good things about the customer support, but this was better than I had thought.

That's good to hear and typical of Bob and crew.

I worked as a rep for VS for a period of time and can honestly say they are a great bunch of guys that walk the walk and talk the talk. I have a huge amount of respect for them as professionals and individuals.
