| You're gonna have to wire it to be 'always on'....it's not hard to do. If I remember, it's just a matter of shorting out two traces on the pcb.
That's actually a pretty nice delay. No frills, but it sounds good. About the only thing that can improve it is TB. The long/short switch is probably just a dpdt of sorts.
