I have a Fishman Neo-D soundhole pickup. It's fairly low power, but for a soundhole pickup I've always been told it's rather organic sounding.

I use a Fishman Rare Earth Blend and its the best music gear purchase I've ever made.

Best acoustic after market pickups = Fishman.

Easy as pie. I just slip it in and tighten the screws when I use it, but it can be permanently installed. I would never hire someone, nor by myself, drill or cut holes in a guitar as it leaves potential for mistakes and tone and value depreciation.

I was looking at the one where the end pin hole becomes a jack.
Do i have to modify my guitar for that kind?

The rare earth blend comes with an end pin jack option - you just have to take out the existing end pin (which I've done on a spare guitar I had), and widen the hole to fit the jack. I sounds easy, but I'd be nervous doing it myself on a guitar you really valued.
