It was a fairly big thing around here. I'm not sure if anyone is still doing it or not.

| I made it to week 5 (actually took me about 7 weeks to get this far) doing column 1. I stopped when my daughter was born and haven't been able to pick it up since.
Do you mean between sets as in between days, or between sets as in during the 45-90 second rest period? |

| Okay, this is getting pretty hard, and I'm only on Day 3 of week 1. Week 2 should be fun. |

| The first two days were easy enough, but Today wasn't too fun. Can't wait for week 5. |

| In high school, before I started weight training, I did something similar to this on my own. I just started doing push ups to see what kind of endurance I could build up. I never shot for 100 in one set, but I would frequently do ten sets of 50. Then, from 1997 till this summer, I did no routine exercise. That's another story, though.

| Well, I'm done with Week 4, I'll do the exhaustion test today, and see how many I can do now. |

| How many did you end up doing?
I've tried to star this a couple times but never made it past week one. Today was day two of week two. It's actually getting easier. |

For me, weeks 2 and 3 were very easy. Somewhere around week 4 or 5 it starts getting tough, very tough. |
