I can't even do 30 right now. But I'm working on it.

Oh, on the exhaustion test I managed 45 push ups logger
Kinda stopped after 5,1 due to a headache, homework, and generally not enough time.

Those are the only push-ups I'd have a snowball's chance in hell of doing 100 of.

So after falling off the boat a couple times I have started up again haha. I've also started the 200 squats thing as well.

I've been intending to get back on the boat along with the 200 situps and 200 squats program, but I haven't yet

I've given up sit-ups/crunches because I've read too many things about how they are bad for your back. I would like to get a pull up bar and do the 25 pull up thing though.

I might start the 200 situps thing... if that goes well I might add the 200 squats. I'll probably do more than 200 situps though... my record is over 500.

Yep... I honestly quit cause I was bored and it was making me nauseous... I wasn't tired out yet even. I probably could do it again right now if I wanted... although I'd be sore for a few days now.

How many milimeters did you come off the ground each time?

So last time I did this I made it to Week 4r and the gave up. I should be on Week 4 right now, but this time I'm trying to not get ahead of myself. I re-did Week 2 Day 3 for another week until I could do a good amount of push ups for the last set. Today I did Week 3 Day 1, and I barely finished so I'll redo it on Friday. I'm finding that doing things this way actually makes me feel better and I think it will pay off once I make it to Week 4.

Also, I started the squats thing and was incredibly sore for like three days. So after some time I started redoing it, but on the smaller sets. Today I did Week 2 Day 1.

I'm determined to make it all the way in both!

I'm currently off of the 100 push up program and I don't know if I'm going to get back on or not, but I think the way you're approaching it is definitely the way to go. The program is great because it sets guidelines, but I definitely see value in tweaking the guidelines to fit what works for you.
