Windows 7, 64 or 32

So just wondering, which do you think is more useful to have 32 bit or 64 bit windows 7. I can upgrade free through my school right now but I am kind of on the fence about it right now. Once in a while I run into a program that does not run on 64 bit. So is it worth it to go to 64 bit right now, I mean my computer can run it, but I would like a little input from user that use windows as there main operating system. Thanks

i'd go with 64 bit if I can get it for free. that is the way computing is going. Can you not get both?

64-bit. No question.
There is absolutely no reason whatsoever to go with 32-bit unless that's all your hardware supports.
