Residential Ministries for Troubled Youth

I have recently began searching for ministries that are residential (meaning the teen lives there for a period of time) centers that work strictly with troubled youth. My goal is to link up to them in order to get a job working for one of them. I have already been looking, basically Google searching everything, but I would like to know if there is a ministry job site where these places might place employment ads. I already have two applications in, and I'll be sending out a third by the end of the week.
If you have any websites you know of, or maybe even any tips for me as I enter this ministry, it would be extremely helpful. I decided to enter the ministry after this summer, which I spent working at a summer camp for disadvantaged kids. I knew I already wanted to work with youth, but God impressed on my heart those which are troubled, and gave me the idea of full time ministry, whereas before, I was simply wanting a part-time ministry while holding a full-time secular job.
Thanks

Get some training. You'll probably need to get some training in dealing with addictions, and abuse. Even as a lay person, it helps to get some knowledge. Maybe contact a domestic violence group near you, and some kind of group that deals with addictions and co-dependency.

God bless you for your efforts. These kids need you.

Thanks for the advice. Interestingly enough, most of the ministries I am looking at do their own on-site training, so I guess my main concern is that I do it "their" way. I know that if I had maybe say...a counseling degree or something like that, it would help, but I would think that the ministry you work for training you would be the most beneficial. It may be a concern I don't need to have, but its there.
