That would be something to take up in the New Forum Request forum. I'm not sure if there's enough traffic in Classifieds for something like that to really be justified, and a "complaint" section could be added into the existing concept pretty easily.

This board is small enough that a sticky should be fine.

I'm one for making it voluntary. I don't like filling out forms, but if anybody were to ask me about another buyer or seller I would gladly take time to tell them. At hcfx forum a lot of guys just out good transaction lists in their sig. That's always another option, for guys like me who have dealt with half the guitar playing board.
