| Leafs got absolutely jobbed on a no-goal call last night and it may have cost them the game. Replays clearly showed all of Huet's glove inside the goal line, and the puck was in his glove. As it was, however, we lost 3-2. Phil Kessel had two long-range wrist shot goals, and my boy Matt Stajan got assists on both as Ron Wilson realized how much better Stajan is than John (who?) Mitchell.

| You know, I have to agree, I have no idea how that goal was even considered inconclusive, it was clearly in the net.
The leafs situation right now is an absolute joke, and unfortunately, Ron Wilson is getting some serious blame (he is entitled to some for sure) and it's making him look like an incompetent coach, when really he is a very decent coach, IMO.

| Looks like the Hurricanes have finally realized that you really can't play hockey in a state where it doesn't snow. Fourteen straight losses. They haven't sucked this bad since they were the Whalers. |

| I guess I shouldn't be sympathizing with the leafs anymore . . .

| Flames got a big win against the Leafs tonight. Kipper definetely won it for us though. Toronto outplayed us most of the game, especially the second period. Defensive consistency will be important for Calgary going into the rest of the season.

Not a single camera angle showed the puck over the line. |

| Yeah it did, the channel I was watching anyway. They stopped the camera when the puck was clearly past the line. No question about it, and the sports announcers had no doubt that it was clearly depicted as well.

The Sharks win again. 3-1 at St. Louis. Nabokov is ridiculous. |

It's happened many times. A front view generally won't cut it if the overhead camera is unclear. Quote:

I'm not saying I like it, but that's the way it is.
Canucks dominated the Avs 8-2. Henrik Sedin got his first career hattrick. After a career-high 22 goals last season, Henrik has 12 in the first 21 games of this season. Notably, he's continued his point-per-game pace without his brother Daniel, scoring 17 points in 17 games while Daniel's been injured.
The Canucks definitely miss having Daniel Sedin in the lineup, but Henrik is proving that he can produce without him. |

| You know, I'd bet my life that I have seen no-goals overruled with a puck in the glove. Maybe i'm wrong, but we all know there have been some pretty bad calls made in hockey.

See for reference Mario Lemieux's goal in the 2002 Olympics against the Czech Republic. Lemieux fired it into Hasek's glove, and Hasek rolled back untouched into the net with the puck in his glove, but not visible, and it was ruled a goal.
Leafs dominated the Flames for 55 minutes on Saturday and still managed to lose 5-2. Kiprusoff was absolutely unbelievable.

After seeing that, I'm not sure how you can't call that a goal; none the less, thats a really tough call to make.
Oh yeah, and that whole vidoe review thing - THE MLB NEEDS IT.

| I swear that someday, the Leafs outplaying and outshooting the other team from start to finish will result in a string of wins. Until then, I'm going to continue to be pissed off.
