I'm selling this for my future brother-in-law's sister. The guitar is all solid wood with koa back/sides and a spruce top. The fretboard is completely dark, and looks like ebony, but according to Takamine's website, it is rosewood. It has Takamines Cool Tube pickup system.

The guitar was bought new in December 2008, and has only been played a few times. As such, it is in near mint condition.

There are two small dings - one on the bottom bout of the top about a millimeter across. The second is on the back of the guitar, and is even smaller then the first. Both are not noticeable unless you are looking for them from a close distance.

I have pictures, and will post a link as soon as I find a cable to connect the camera to my computer. If you are interested, I can also take pictures of any particular part of the guitar.
