The scene with Michael, Dukie, and Bug at the end of Season 5 absolutely kills me as well. I pretty much wept the first time I saw it.

I don't cry, but dang do I get close. Lots of throat clearing and deep breathing. And pretending to be asleep so I can recover for a moment.

Zombieland

The scene where they're all gathered in BM's mansion and we find out that stuff about Tallahassee (Don't want to give anything away.)

I can't actually recall all the movies I cry in, as there are way too many to mention. The first that come to mind, though:
Patch Adams
Bicentennial Man
Forrest Gump

hmmm..

Homeward Bound (and just about any other movie in which an animal is in some kind of peril)
Up
Forrest Gump
The Kite Runner (the last lines spoken reduced me to a blubbering mess)
I Am Legend (I was a puddle. I told you animals get to me.)

I know there are others...

I also recently cried while watching Simon Birch
