WTB Drum Gear, 3/4 size guitars, etc

So, I teach guitar and drums. I always have students looking for new gear, or beginner students that need something to start on. So, I started buying good deals on CraigsList or elsewhere, fixing them up, and passing good deals on to my students for instruments that I know are worthy of being played so that I know they aren't getting ripped off spending tons of money on very shiny, subpar gear. Most of the time these are starter instruments that the kids will play for a year or two until the parents see that they are truly invested, then they will buy nicer gear. I'm trying to keep drumsets in the $100-$350 range and keep guitars under $150, under $100 if possible.

I find myself in constant need of a few things:

1) Smaller 3/4 sized or kids guitars. If you have one that's collecting dust or you want to get rid of, shoot me a PM.

2) Drum Gear. Specifically I'm really looking for:
- Used Cymbals. Nothing fancy. These are just for 10-12 year old kids to beat on.
- Used drum heads. Most of the time the kits that I buy either have very cheap factory heads or 10+ year old heads on them. I recently took a no-name kit and replaced the heads with some used g2s and the difference was astounding. Dropping $50 on new heads for a drumset that I'm going to sell for $125 just won't work so I'll buy/pay for shipping/trade for your used drum heads.
-cheap hardware. Specifically, cymbal stands.
-snare drums. I've got a couple of sets in need of a snare.

These are what I get the most requests for, but I'm open to anything. I'm hoping some of you guys have some things lying around collecting dust that you'd like to pick up a few bucks or trade for. Thanks!
-shane
