During the game I contemplated which LSU player was a bigger disappointment in the NFL; JaMarcus Russell, or Glen Dorsey. Right now, I think Russell, as Dorsey still has a season less NFL experience. Still a tough call.

No only that, but they will play the Chiefs again later in the season!

Really looking forward to the Cowboys tonight.
Remember whose secondary Brett Favre was facing. This happens every game. And Kurt Warner is awesome.

I know we're only two weeks into the season, but Tom Brady (and the Patriots, for that matter) doesn't appear to be who he used to be..

The Lions usually lose in the first quarter or in the second half. With that said, that only leaves us with the 2nd quarter to win...anyways, they looked really good going into the 2nd half, up 10-0, and then it went all downhill from there.

Actually, all of Brett's passes yesterday, except for one, were thrown less than 10 yards in air.

Seen the Chiefs lately?

Though I'm not a KC fan, I really think they would have been better off sticking with Thigpen and just worked on upgrading the D.

I meant just in relation to the Lion's season last year...but the Chiefs are pretty scary.

And I agree, I think they had a solid young quarterback and should've looked at the offensive and defensive lines, and the defense in general.

Still, Cassel was up for grabs and they needed help everywhere. They at least had to make a play for him. Thigpen isn't a long-term answer at QB.

I don't know why Thigpen couldn't be the answer...they never really got to see him play long-term with a semi-decent offense. Cassel was a ton of money for a position that relies on other positions heavily.

I feel the same freaking exact way about the Lions...

The Lions are blacked out today. lsdjfa;lsdkfjasdfl;d

So I'm watching the Vikings play the 49ers instead...
