Little League World Series 2009

Am I the only one that's been trying to watch this when it's on tv?

I know today is the US and International Championship games, but I was just wondering if I was the only one watching these games when I'm home and they're on.

Yeah I watch them when they're on. As a matter of fact, my little league (Grosse Pointe Farms City - represent) almost made it to the Midwest (or whatever region Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and etc. are in) regional final which was aired on espn. If they had then won the regional final they would have been in the little league world series, etc etc. So that was kinda cool. But I do watch it whenever I can.

The team from the West (Parkview Little League) is actually where I played from age 8 to age 15.

I'm actually really stoked for tomorrow's final as it puts the team from the league where I grew up playing against the team from my mom's native country.

I have been watching some. More than I ever have before. A local team was in there for a while, but I did not see any of their games.

We're watching Chinese Taipei vs. California right now. The Californian shortstop just made a brilliant doubleplay to get out of a bases loaded jam.

Yeah...that was rough. One of a couple spots on the field to hit the ball that wouldn't tie the game up.
