How do you write letters like ç or ê in print?

Any time I try to write in French, my cedilles and circumflexes always look awkward. I never write in cursive, only print, and the only examples I can find of those diacritics are serif fonts or cursive handwriting. Does anyone else have this problem? How do you write those letters?
