Post Count.

A few years ago, I started to think that post count was lame, and that people who exceeded 7,000 posts were tame. I started deleting my blog entries, stopped posting in the Cars subforum, and clung to CPF like the gal at the beginning of Jaws clings to the red buoy.

Posting in GD proves that I am past that stage, but now I feel alienated from blogging, largely because I don't like sharing genuinely personal information with psycho hose beasts as well as people that I actually want to share with.

Does anyone else feel this way?

GD does increase post count, but I don't think that necessarily means that they go hand in hand. I believe blogs increase post count much more efficiently.

GD seems to produce CPF threads at a fairly high rate.

And yes, teh Slope, I share your sentiment. but at a much lower post number.

Which post count makes the lame?

And I believe that blogs create count more efficiently, but with a greater increase in psycho hose beasts. GD is safe and cuddly.

Any other thoughts?

Well, this is post number 3,763, so the number of lame is 3,763.

I knew you before you were lame, Ben.

Does anyone think GD is a good place to boost post count harmlessly?

What makes you want to increase your post count so much? I mean, it is flippin sweet to have a bunch of posts..but your post count is high enough for me not to need to question your legitamacy..

I better not be questioned! I'm the undisputed King of CPF!

Should GD post count count differently?

I suggest a 3/5ths compromise for GD posts.
