some tips for marching
i guess this is a performing arts thing
but anyways a going to be starting from tomarrow aug 19 til aug 27 a band camp
and will probably marching all day from 10 to 5
so any tips on how i can survive the day and tricks to make it less painful and tiring?

it was fun but we had to march right after we had lunch
