Not to Beat a dead horse, but Tremulous Fits that pretty well, except no sword-fighting (Although the aliens do have melee attacks)

Fable... would depend on your laptop (which you haven't given us much detail, not even how old it is). But Oblivion would just be a fool's errand.

well my laptop is not the old the copyright is 2007 but i never upgraded anything
has a genuie intel @1.86GHz processor
1 gig ram

The chipset will be rather crappy, but decent enough to run basic stuff.

Can You RUN It?

Go to that site and it will tell you if your system can run specific newer games or not.

From what I've seen, on most it is quite complicated if not completely impossible.
