which female bible character do you remember the most?
im just writing a series for our kids church and need a few ideas.
if i had my way i would tell the kids about Ehud and Jael. but no apparently theyre too bloodthirsty for the kids.

Probably because I remember the story of Samson moreso than any of the other Bible women. |

| The Virgin Mary. The Christmas story and all that. She is the woman that I remember most from Sunday School. |

| There's heaps of female bible characters you could use. Depends what age group you're working with as to how in-depth you can go. Check out the smaller books in the Old testament (Ruth, Esther etc), women who helped Gods people do amazing stuff e.g. Rahab (Book of Joshua).
Mary (mother of Jesus) would be a good example in the New Testament.

I definitely told the kids at summer camp the story of Ehud when I was a camp counselor.
The females I remember most from Sunday school were certainly Ruth, Esther, and Mary the mother of Jesus. |

A story for stories sake is a bit of a waste of time.

| Jael, Ehud and Shamgar should be taught before Noah, Abraham and Moses. Kids need to learn the importance of obedience. |
