What songs to learn next week?

I'm going on vacation with my family next week (leaving tomorrow morning) and I'm taking my hollowbody. I've decided to use this opportunity to learn/perfect a few covers, and I'm looking for some suggestions on what to learn.

So far, I have decided on:
David Bowie - The Man Who Sold the World
Foo Fighters - Everlong
Fuel - Hemorrhage (In My Hands)

Those are all songs I do know already for the most part but haven't really perfected. Like, I really just need to learn the lyrics for most of those, so its not like its going to take much work.

I need some suggestions for what else to learn. Stipulations:
1) No fingerpicking. I am terrible at fingerpicking and I don't want to spend this vacation frustrated.
2) No metal. I play enough metal as is.

Go.

I second the Bowie. As for the Foo, I would suggest "For all the cows." A good song that isn't srsly over done (just my opinion).

a few of other suggestions

YouTube - Brian Eno - Needle in the Camel's Eye
YouTube - Modest Mouse - Dashboard (a fun one to jam to)
YouTube - The Carter Family - Wildwood Flower (earn some cred with the old fuddie duddie)
YouTube - Philosophy of the world - The Shaggs (lol)
YouTube - CLARENCE CARTER - -STROKEN (some naughty language, but It'd be funny to cover it.)

OOOOORRRRR!!!!

You could use this time to practice your FINGERPICKING!!!!!1 Try "Will is my friend" by Devendra Banhart. Easy, Simple, and a great way to pick up indie chicks.

Sean sean sean. You should know that learning fingerpicking is probably last on my list of things I want to be able to do on guitar. The frustration is not worth it to me. I'm a pick player.

"The Man Who Sold the World" - a great, simple classic. The other two...meh!

Drop the plectrum for a while and learn to use your fingers. It'll open a LOT of doors.

If he doesn't want to learn to fingerpick, and he has no need to, why should he force himself on a vacation?

He doesn't NEED to force himself to learn anything on his vacation. But, if he truly desires to learn something, why not challenge himself?
