I havent used Torrents in a long time (I still borrow cd's from friends/ the library ocassionally), but when I did if I liked it I would buy the cd and if I didnt I would delete it. I would have never gotten into so many different types of music if it wasnt for filesharing... therefore "pirating" actually brought the record companies profit in my case.

I still am not sure I consider it immoral. It really isnt stealin imo... besides in most cases the downloaded content wouldnt have been bought anyway plus the person is more like to buy something they already downloaded because they liked it.
