Chucks? What are chucks?
Roscoe, do you remember those black and white Converse high top sneaks with no arch support that we used to wear in high school? They are cool now.

haha. they've been cool for quite a while, Mrs M. my best friend had some in highschool, i think, and she's almost 27. =x

i wear business attire to work--pencil skirts, button downs or pull-over sweaters or cardigans and tanks, office dresses, etc. occasionally i wear jeans, and sometimes i wear flat sandals with pencil skirts. when i'm not wearing flat sandals, i wear high, high heels--i wore my specifically-for-work lower heels so often that they need to be taken to a shoe repair store and recapped. i've only had them since june! =\

sometimes i like dressing up. sometimes i miss my last job, where i could wear anything short of sweats and still be office-appropriate. i even showed up in yoga pants once.

I've been wearing them my whole life So I'm taking the credit for bringing them back. And thanks for explaining. I should have expanded a little more than just thowing "Chucks" out there. And I know they have no arch support... and I wear them so much that when I wear something that is actually good for my feet, I get foot cramps. Sad story. Ok. My digressing is done.

I'd wear chucks so I could be cool, but they hurt my feet, and I wore them enough when I was a little kid and they weren't cool I even have flat feet, so it's not the arch support that's the problem, more the fact that the soles are like walking on steel and have no cushioning.

For work, jeans, shirt, hoodie, depends. In summer, whatever i can wear under my gear and not overheat, and in the winter, whatever I can wear to keep from freezing. I keep hoodies & such at work in the summer because I am closest to the A/C and furthest from the thermostat so it gets ludicrously cold in my office.
