Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza last night. It was good, but would have been better with pineapple on top.

Working at a pizza place, I've tried a lot of interesting and different combinations.

My favorite kind goes something like this..

Thin crust > Alfredo Sauce > lots of mozza! > diced chicken tossed in Franks Red Hot > Bacon > Cheddar on top.

I've never had BBQ chicken pizza with pineapple, but it sounds like a winning combination.

Did someone say CHEESE ??

Thick crust or thin?

White sauce or red?

Anchovies or "why would you put fish on a pizza?"

Meat or Veggie?

Beer or soda/pop to wash it down? Coke please

Bake it at home or have it delivered hot? Eat there

Have you ever made a pizza crust from scratch? Wouldn't know how


Where is the cheese assortment? I ask for more cheese if i can.

If you know anything about me you know I like lots of meat and lots of cheese on mine. I don't like my crust too thick, but I also don't like it too thin like a cracker. I usually settle for eating it at the restaurant simply because I cannot get my crust to turn out decent.

I had a rather delicious frozen pizza for dinner on Sunday (I eat like a bachelor when Rachael's gone). It was a Delissio Thin Crust pizza with Grilled Chicken, Tomato & Spinach. Normally I don't like tomato unless it's in sauce form, but this was quite good.
