Let go of your regret and angry

Everyone makes mistakes and always wants to take them back
Almost everyone has wished they can go back in time to change their mistake but we know thats never going to happen
However i thought it would just be nice to let go of the regret by sharing with others instead of keeping it in your head to let it slowly pile up.

So for starters
I have wasted my whole entire summer doing nothing useful
I am so mad at myself for not pushing myself to study while i had the chance
I think I won't be able to last this up coming school year
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!

No time like the present to make a change. It's all well and good to feel regret, but at some point, if you don't let it go, it just paralyzes you.

Rrrrrrrrrrrrr! Now I'm angry because YOU'RE so angry!

I don't get mad or regret much...what's the point. It's a complete waste of energy. My anger and regret rarely last longer than a minute. Some people say that I'm kinda cold in that way but I really don't see the point in letting my anger be prolonged. Life's way to short to dwell on the things that have already happened.

just a thought:

If you're regret doesn't spur you to change, then why regret at all?
