You're amazing. That's how.
| It's Peter Furler we're talking about. He is pretty amazing IMO. |

| Going Public... still haven't decided what I think about it. Good songs, but I'm sorry, I just don't like John James' voice. There's nothing special or distinctive about it. Not when they had two really good singers available. Peter's voice, even though it's not as good in this album as it is in later albums, still is so captivating. And Phil sings so well too. I don't know if Jody was there during this time, but he has a darn good voice. I just don't know what John brings to the party? |

| Going Public is an album that grew on me over time. I'd say give it a bit more time. Of course, I still prefer Take Me To Your Leader, so I understand the sentiments. |

John co-founded the band. Honestly...I don't think Peter's voice is that much better than his. |

Or even THAT much different. Same basic range/register, both have just a bit of rasp... they even look somewhat alike now that Pete waxes and uses eyeliner... They're almost interchangeable. Jody did not sing at all on any album until way later... does he now?

Jeff has a mic so he must sing at times. I know he does using that synth thingy. |

I dunno what I'm going to do when I run out of new newsboys stuff. They're supposed to be going back into the studio soon, but not soon enough. |

| Peter's voice has vastly improved over the years. Not that I ever got to see him live. Or will ever get to. |
