| Anyone heard of these bands? ( Christian metal ) As always I try to keep my music selection to Christian for the most part, despite what others say about the fact of the matter on this forum.
But I am sort of new to the Metal genre, thanks to Ben, Drew and a good friend of mine that I have been jammin with a lot lately. I am pretty sure Ben is into thrash and riffage and Drew likes his agonist so from what I heard from Joe he showed me a few bands such as..
The Devil Wears Prada
Killswitch Engage
August Burns Red
As I Lay Dying
I really don't have any negative comments about them but is there anymore bands like them?
Reptar King of the Ozone is an awesome song by the way! so is KSE Holy Diver |

| Since TDWP is largely placed with secular bands (I.E. Whitechapel, Job for a Cowboy, Bring Me the Horizon), some secular stuff may come up.

| To me, Underoath sounds reasonably similar to TDWP (never been a huge fan of either of them though).

However, they aren't a Christian band, and I said what I said just so I could point him in the right direction.

| A lot of people don't take underoath, the devil wears prada, and their fans seriously. I'm not really into much metal but from what I've seen the guys in sleeping giant and for today are really good dudes. |

The bands that I quite enjoyed in this genre at Tomfest were Park Lane, Straight To Our Enemies, See The Light, This Is a Stick-Up!, Gwen Stacy, The Showdown, Oh, Sleeper, and, of course, As I Lay Dying. |

| KsE is not a Christian band. But a LOT of their songs have Christian themes behind the such as Be One, Reject Yourself, and Wasted Sacrifice to name a few. |
