Wheat Thins

Who here is a fan of Wheat Thins? I've been like addicted to these for a couple months now, and think they're the greatest health snack made. I may have heard they cause colitis. Thoughts?

Supposedly any number of things in your diet could. I don't think Wheat Thins are exceptional in that regard. But I don't really know.

Wheat Thins are pretty good, like Slap_j somewhat explained I wouldn't really consider them a health snack. I don't think they're even 100% wheat/grains. If you want a really good health snack thats actually good for you, try Triscuits. Those have like 3 ingredients in them, and thats usually a pretty good thing. Wheat Thins have an upwards 20, as far as I know.

But, if you don't really care about the health snack part, they are pretty good....

Um...if you want a health snack, don't buy General Mills, Kraft, etc. at all.

That being said..I do enjoy wheat thins every once in awhile...especially with Chevre & Raspberry Vinegarette. YUM.

But it says "wheat" in the name! It has to be healthy!

On another note I also love wheat thins, I don't buy them very often because I will go through the whole box in one night.

I LOVE Wheat Thins, especially with Hummus. But I don't eat them any more.

I love wheat thins too, but I have never tried them with Hummus. Good idea though.
