Strobes on the interior? Yeesh. From a safety standpoint, that is about the worst idea I've ever heard. Dim interior lighting = correct. Just go flying, and point a very small flashlight at the Garmin 'auto-dimmer' and you'll see what I mean. Instant blindness is a safety hazard. Strobes would be worse.

And what's wrong with a window tint? I happen to have a Maryland-legal 35% tint on my car. As long as you don't use an Ebay kit for it I don't consider a tint ricey. (you know, the purple-tint do-it-yourself kits that bubble up after a few days in the sun...)

I mean i might do it later down the road but I just don't want to spend my money on that right now.

It is LED or Neon lights that glow when the bass hits. You can get them to glow bright depending on how hard the bass hits.

Had them once out of boredom on the cavalier for about 5 min...they are DEFINATELY unsafe to have on while driving, they both impede night vision and destract...anyone who says otherwise needs to study physiology a little more.

Counterproductive lighting mods make about as much sense as the 'stretch n' poke' seen here....

StanceWorks|Archive|STANCED

It's an unsafe, money-wasting endeavor, that carries very good potential for causing long-term damage to your car.

One of the best(worst) is a first-gen MR2. It has hood pins. Because we all know that you need to get under the front hood all the time during your trackday with an MR2.....

NOFX was right. The idiots are taking over....

No photos? Check.
Confirmed that this is the 4 door Maxima? Check.
Plans include lights and safety violations? Check.

I'm in for the long haul on this thread.

And, for the record, I won't rest until this kid has 18s in the back with factory 15s up front because he burnt up the tires he's still making payments on and had to resort to the stockers.

I only buy what I can afford. Pay in cash or not at all.

Also, the lights are to show off at car shows, not ride around the city with. I may be just stupid enough to install all this, but not to ride around town with.

I knew the Cav was good for something...I should have sold it at a car show... With the vinal stripe and a stick I probably would have gotten like 7K... All it needed was an exhaust that made it sound like a moose in heat and maybe those LED valve stem caps and I would have been set.

For even more I could have taken a hacksaw to the springs. Then I would have had a stanceworks cavalier.
