Mustang guys will appreciate this thread.

I helped a buddy get his truck prepped for an axle swap. We have a pair of 10 bolts that will be replacing a stock Toyota front (8 inch?) and home-brewed Dana 60 (housing is a narrowed 60, but someone claims to have installed axle shafts from a Toyota van). We cleaned up the 10 bolts, sprayed them with flat black, and are working out how to change either the spring pads on the axle housing or the spring mount positions on the truck (1.5" width difference between his current axles and the new GM housings). I'll keep you guys updated.

What does this have to do with Mustangs? You assume too much that we're Mustang guys because we like SRA, but thats not the case. We're Mustang guys because we love Mustangs regardless of what is in it.

On the build it sounds awesome, keep us updated on the progress and don't forget to include some pictures.

Mustang guys (except Mustang Cobra guys) are SRA fans. One leads to the other.

I'll get some pics on my next trip.

The SRA rides? Guess my feelings and win a prize.

And I'm a smarmy know-it-all bastard. I do not live by my own e-thug credo at all. Feel free to slap me down at will, but remember that I will remain beligerent and self-righteous.

Done and done.

I think you lose no respect for appreciating a greater system.

The CFL is quirky and fun, but the NFL is definitely better.

...and broken 65 horse Fiats are far superior to running 225 horse vehicles.

Worked more on the truck last night. We're going to build a 4 link rear with 3 link front for it. Fox platform and newer Mustang guys will appreciate the coil spring suspension tech. Maybe the older Mustang chassis fanboys can use some of the upcoming build as inspiration.

So, I just received a new Summit racing equipment catalog today...

...You might find the fact that all the rear ends in it were SRA. (Have to go online for IRS ones.)
