Help needed

I've ordered all the parts I need for my project guitar, which is a Yamaha Pacifica strat copy. I've ordered a HH pickguard and a 3 way switch; I'm putting a JB in the bridge and a GFS Mean 90 in the neck. I've also ordered new roller saddles for the bridge and a carbon/graphite nut (pre-slotted, though I want to set it up for .12s so I may need to file it a bit). I'm sticking a block of wood in the trem.

I've already got rid of all the old pickups and electronics and I ordered a 500k push/pull volume pot for coil tapping the JB. I always keep my tone knob at full so I thought I wouldn't bother putting one in. The pickguard has two holes and I think I'd like to install a cut-off switch in the other one.

I think I'm ok with everything other than the wiring. I can solder but I have trouble working out circuits in my head. Can anyone tell me what to do?
