Photo Challenge #19 - 6/8 - 6/22

Reflections

Fairly straightforward: just take a picture of something shiny. I really don't have anything to add to it other than that.

Go for it!

Rules:

1) Photo must be taken in this time frame. No digging up old photos.

2) Please post entries either as a jpeg attachment or as a thumbnail no bigger than 500px wide with a link to the larger version if you want.

3) We will not exclude images based on conforming to the rules, but keep in mind that one of the things the image will be judged on is how well it shows this week's challenge subject.

4) To keep this thread simple and clean, if you don't want to enter and just want critique before an official entry, post it in the designated photography critique thread, not here. You can however discuss the subject or any entries here if you want.

5) You are encouraged to share your camera settings, shutter speeds, aperture, etc., but EXIF is not required. Please, no heavy editing/graphics. This is a photography thread.

Thanks! It is a little heart shaped rock taped to my glass topped desk. I had a little LED penlight behind it, which made it glow and made the blue arc on the glass. It kinda took a while to set up. . .but at least now my desk is clean.

I'm kinda waiting for my camera to come in (tomorrow!).

People are usually slow at getting in anyway. There'll be more.

When my new guitar gets here, I'll have something shiny to take a picture of... maybe today.

This is my tentative submission. If I come up with something else before the voting starts, I may swap it out.

Not exactly something shiny, but a reflection nonetheless. I may switch it out before voting starts if I decide I like one of the other pictures (of the same crocodile) better.
