For your AT-series B52, its a four tube system, and the pairs are (A) (B) (B) (A), so you'd pull both A's or both B's and replace them with yellowjackets, and you would not need to rebias as the yellowjackets ignore the grid bias yet still show up as "there."
I actually might do this when I can afford the yellowjackets and a quad of 6L6GC's (Never running without backups again...)
