Unhappy Suggestions not being heard

In the last couple months a couple of us have been making suggestions to improve our worship team but our ideas are just being turned down. Ideas that we have tried out at least 2-3 times and have proven to have produced the most energetic worship services we have ever had. But every time we try to implement these ideas further, we are being turned down. What do you do in this situation? Do you just quit?

Quite simply... pray. That's really all I would know TO do in that situation until God gave my some direction.

If you are still checking this thread can you list a few examples of what kind of changes you are trying to implement?

I look at myself as a tool being used to lead the church into worship. Doing things my way is not an option. That decision belongs to the one accountable for that decision. If I may suggest to do the best of your ability. I have seen great results from playing songs I didn't like' or like the way they were done. If you want to serve the church then serve, if you don't then quit.
