| rockthedox hardware kits Hey Guys,
Still have a little more ordering to do, but I got some of the new parts in and figured I'd pass along what I do have: enclosures. 1590B (1290NS) and 1590BB.
I can do about 10 kits right now, while I'm waiting for heatshrink and more 3PDTs to come in.
Each kit includes:
-Enclosure (1590B or 1590BB)
-CLIFF 3PDT
-(2) Enclosed Switchcraft Mono Jacks
-External Mount DC Jack
-5mm LED w/ limiting resistor (red, green, blue, yellow, orange, purple, or white)
-Chrome LED bezel
-Optional Velcro
$25 shipped. $27 to Canada.
Shoot me a PM or email. The whole concept is that this will keep you from having to keep a large stock of the more expensive parts. You build the circuit and I'll supply everything else, normally within 48 hours of payment.
I've had quite a few guys order from here and the BYOC forums. This is a great value and super fast shipping.

| So, I really need to start moving these things. My wife and I have an upcoming mission trip and I'm not really making much of an income again until August (I'm a teacher). Therefore...
rockthedox kit w/ enclosure: $22 shipped
-1590B Enclosure
-CLIFF 3PDT
-(2) Enclosed Switchcraft Mono Jacks
-External Mount DC Jack
-5mm LED w/ limiting resistor (red, green, blue, yellow, orange, purple, or white)
-Chrome LED bezel
-Optional Velcro
Since I'm trying to move these I can do 4 for $80 shipped or 5 for $100 shipped. I normally charge $25 per kit w/ enclosure, so this is really a steal. I can also do some kits w/out enclosures, A/B kits, A/B/Y kits, and tap tempo kits or just random hardware parts. Let me know what you need and we'll work something out.
Thanks guys. Check out my blog for info on what my wife and I are up to that prompted this sale.

I had a more detailed posting a month or so ago and these have been updates from that. If you are looking to getting into building your own effects pedals (or A/B boxes, ABY, loopers, tap tempo, etc) this is all of the hardware (meaning switches, jacks, wire, enclosure, etc) that you will need. So, if you're building something simple like an A/B box this is everything you'll need ready to go (minus a soldering iron, free time, and a bit of patience). If you want to build overdrives, phasers, fuzzes, etc then you'll need a PCB or some form of circuitry along with the above listed components. The components are used no matter what the pedal is, the PCB/circuit inside determines what each pedal actually does. I highly recommend BYOC ( BYOC - The World's Finest DIY Guitar Effects Kits) or GGG ( General Guitar Gadgets - Home). They sell both kits or just PCBs.
I began building pedals in January with no prior soldering, electrical, or any kind of experience. Heck, I'm not even that good with my hands. I've built 5 or 6 pedals so far (I've got about 10 more on my bench just waiting on the time to build them) and freakin' LOVE it. It's really rewarding to be able to build your own stuff. Usually you can spend about what you would spend on a boss or behringer pedal and get the quality of Keeley, LovePedals, Fulltone, etc.
I've sold kits on here and on BYOC's forums with great reviews. If this is something that you're considering getting into, pull the trigger and go for it. Well worth the time spent.

| Hey Shane, would you be able to do me a feedback looper kit? And would you be ok with shipping it to Australia? If so, let me know. |

I haven't done it, but I've got the neccesary parts. Send me a PM with what you're thinking about and I'll see what I can do.
