Only the greatest picture book EVER.

Not sure how it'll work as a movie though. I'm certainly intrigued.

Wow. I feel like I haven't read it. I really feel left out.

Agreed, I used to read this book all the time as a kid. I'm sure it will be a subpar movie though. They should have let Spike Jonze direct and turn it into something dark and meaningful!

Did anyone go see this yet? It was a lot funnier than I thought it would be, but It had very little similarities to the book. Just the basic concept, and the name of the town where all I caught that were the same.

1- Go ahead and remove any recollections of the book from your mind when/if you see this. They are very different stories.

2- The movie is odd...but good. We saw it last week and it was much better than I had anticipated. We didn't see the 3-D version because it wasn't offered where we are. I don't think it would make that much difference though.

I agree. The book is awesome...not sure how it'll translate to a movie, but Where The Wild Things Are looks good, so who knows?
